I have personally ordered from 1800 Flowers three times now and the flowers that were delivered were absolutely gorgeous.
But what I want to relate to you is about their promise, "Your satisfaction is guaranteed." My third order was to sent my mother and it was delivered late (actually the mistake was made by the local florist not 1800 Flowers). I called the customer service department and discussed my problem with them and they stood by their motto 100%. The customer service personal was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They not only got the flowers redelivered but I didn't have to pay for them, they gave me a $10 coupon for my next order, and they personally called my mother and apologized to her!
